The Full Story
8823 Technologies was founded in memory of my father, retired California Highway Patrol sergeant Loyd White, badge number 8823. My father dedicated his life to serving others, embodying values of integrity, honor, and unwavering commitment to doing what was right, both in his professional and personal life. His influence shaped the foundation of this company, and through 8823 Technologies, we aim to carry on his legacy.

After his passing, I knew I wanted to build something that would not only honor his name but also reflect the same core principles he lived by. My father’s badge number, 8823, represents more than just an identifier; it symbolizes the values he held dear: protection, service, and the courage to stand by one's convictions even in the face of adversity. These principles have become the cornerstone of our company’s mission.

With more than a decade of experience in data analytics and intelligence, followed by a transition into modern data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning beginning in 2021, I founded 8823 Technologies to combine analytical rigor, operational insight, and advanced machine learning into solutions that make a meaningful impact. My background across intelligence analysis, large-scale data workflows, and applied AI guides our technical approach and ensures that every solution we build is grounded in both practicality and purpose.​​​
